14-day cancellation (change of mind)

You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the goods (for multi-parcel orders, 14 days after the last item arrives), without giving a reason. Tell us by emailing hello@kettleandcart.co.uk — a short message saying you want to cancel is enough. Then return the items within 14 days of telling us.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you've sent them), including the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method. Return postage for change-of-mind returns: [to be confirmed]. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it, as you would in a shop.

Some items can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons (for example sealed hair accessories or earbuds tips), unless faulty.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover the return cost. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we'll repair or replace, or refund if that isn't possible. Please email photos so we can sort it quickly.

Return address

Please email us before sending anything back: items ship from different UK warehouses, so we'll send you the right return address for your item. [to be confirmed]
